History

Brain Injury Services Muskoka Simcoe is a registered non-profit organization funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health. Founded in 1992, the agency began as a day program based in Barrie, Ontario. Since then, it has evolved into a comprehensive service provider for adults living with the effects of an acquired brain injury (ABI) in Simcoe County and the District of Muskoka. Today, the agency offers a range of workshops and individual services throughout Simcoe and Muskoka, including 4-day programs in Midland, Collingwood, Barrie, and Orillia.

At Brain Injury Services Muskoka Simcoe, we are dedicated to supporting individuals living with acquired brain injuries (ABI) on their journey toward recovery, independence, and community integration. Our services are designed to meet the diverse needs of individuals with ABI through personalized rehabilitation programs, life skills training, and community-based activities.
